Tiré de la constitution du NPD:
The principles of democratic socialism can be defined briefly as:
- Giving priority in the production and distribution of goods and services to the social and individual needs of people rather than to the making of private profit;
- Modifying and controlling the operations of monopolistic productive and distributive organizations through economic and social planning;
- Extending the principles of social ownership, where appropriate and feasible; and
- Fostering co-operative social development and, through efforts to support fairness and equality, encouraging social harmony so that the great potential of all citizens can be fully developed on both an individual and a collective basis.
Le Parti Travalliste Britannique et le SPD Allemand ont passé à travers cette époque. Le NPD semble encore resté en 1950.
Et encore, la Route de la servitude est peut-être plus près que l’on pense.
